In Rajkot, Congress leader from AP Renuka Chaudhary  said Modi is an artist who excels in articulating the story of Gujarat's development. She suggested that his name be recommended for a Filmfare award.



Addressing a Congress  meeting in Keshod in Junagadh district on Saturday, Chaudhary said that whatever development has taken place in Gujarat is because of the enterprising spirit of the people. "Before Modi came to power, a white revolution in Anand had already taken place," she said.
 
Chaudhary went to the extent of challenging Modi to at least admit that he had a wife, whom she had been ignored for so many years. "How can you trust a leader who doesn't recognize his wife?", she asked voters.
 
Renuka Chaudhary said, "A person who has not been sensitive to his own wife. How do you expect him to be sensitive to your needs and difficulties?"
