India capped off 2020 Tokyo Olympics with seven medals - 1 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze - to record their best-ever medal haul at the Games

India's triumphant Olympic contingent, including golden boy Neeraj Chopra, returned home to a rousing welcome on Monday. Neeraj won a historic gold in javelin throw after hurling the nordic javelin to 87.58m to become independent India's first gold medallist in track and field and second overall after Abhinav Bindra in 2008 Beijing Games.
