7 major international cricket records of Virat Kohli which might never be broken

It's Virat Kohli's birthday. One of the all-time greats, Kohli is celebrating his 38th birthday as the legend turned 37. Still going strong in ODIs, Kohli has yet to give a lot to the Indian team, and the right-hander has a few rare records and milestones in his name, which could last a lifetime-

A West Delhi lad, who made the whole world stand up on its feet, Virat Kohli turned 37 on Wednesday, November 5. Kohli, who has gone past Sachin Tendulkar on several record lists, and is behind him on a few, reminded a whole generation as to what consistency looks like, what being at the top level for a long period looks like and how much hard work and determination is required to be called about in the same breath as the greats of the game.

Most ODI centuries - Virat Kohli went past Sachin Tendulkar in the World Cup 2023 semi-final to become the first man on the planet to smash 50 hundreds, while adding one more during the Champions Trophy earlier this year. With ODIs getting less and less relevant and the number of games reducing, someone else reaching 51 centuries in the format feels impossible at this point.
