Four killed in Pakistan blasts
Islamabad : At least four people were killed and 14 others wounded when a bomb blast followed by a gas cylinder explosion hit Pakistan's Quetta city Wednesday, police said.The first blast took place at 5.10
At least five injured were said to be in critical condition and were being treated in intensive care units of a hospital.
The bomb blast, which also caused a big fire, destroyed eight vehicles completely and left 12 others damaged with the windowpanes of nearby buildings smashed.
Police said that around six-seven kg of explosives along with ball bearings were used in the bomb that was planted in a bicycle and detonated with a time device.
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif condemned the attack strongly.
Police and security forces have cordoned off the area and started snap checking in the city.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
