Shimla, July 25: Himachal Pradesh Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS), Rakesh Kalia, yesterday resigned from the post to uphold the principle of "one man, one post".
Three times MLA from Una district, Kalia was recently appointed secretary of AICC.
In May, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh had expanded his team with the induction of five chief parliamentary secretaries and one parliamentary secretary.
