Mumbai: Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's law department has finally ordered the eviction of the city's only International Baccalaureate (IB) school, The Fazlani L'Academie Globale School from a four-storey Dongri building which once housed the Walpakhadi Municipal School.
The Fazlani L'Academie Globale School is accused of carrying out large-scale illegal alterations to the building, and turning 24 classrooms into 45.
It is the only IB school functioning out of a BMC school building, after the municipal corporation's law department gave a go-ahead for eviction a few days ago.
