383 cases of dengue in Haryana
Chandigarh: Keeping in view the rise in cases of dengue in Haryana, especially in Gurgaon district, the Haryana health department has further strengthened its efforts to control the spread of the disease. A total of
Director Health Services (Malaria) also interacted with civil surgeons and other senior functionaries of dengue-prone districts to review preparations.
In the past few days, alarming rise in cases of dengue was discussed in the meeting and it was informed that 1,729 cases have been reported from Delhi, 650 from Uttar Pradesh and 340 from Punjab, which might be a source of infection to the nearby districts such as Gurgaon and Panchkula.
