PadMan actor Akshay Kumar is a fitness enthusiast and inspires his social media followers to be fit through his workout videos. The actor, whose fitness regimen is no secret is now teaching his fans how to be fit in summers.
The actor knew that pool is one of the things which people love in summers. Hence, he converted the pool into a gym. Akshay recently shared a video in which he can be seen swimming with weights in his hands. Explaining the benefits of this exercise, the actor said that it is a great workout for legs and helps in overall core building. Posting the video on Instagram, Akshay wrote, ''Nothing like a dip in the pool in the scorching summers Here I am swimming with weights...please ensure you're good at swimming to attempt this. The actor earlier shared a workout video which is good for back and stomach muscles. In the clip, Akshay was seen doing an exercise with wooden beads. Akshay leads a disciplined life and wakes up early morning. The actor believes that there is no alternative to building one's body. He also doesn't eat after 7 pm in the evening. In case, he has to go out for a dinner, he takes only proteins, no carbs.
On the professional front, Akshay has completed the shooting of Reema Kagti's Gold, which will release this Independence Day. Currently, he is shooting for Kesari, co-starring Parineeti Chopra. He is also on board for multi-starrer Housefull 4 and Hera Pheri 3.
