Switch to Green Tea 2-3 times a day

Eat breakfast at 8am, brunch at 12pm, lunch at 3pm, and dinner at 7pm
Break you meals, and divide the food group i.e fruits in morning, carbs during the mid-day, cereals in lunch, and salad/soup for dinner. And we let you choose things of your choice except ghee, cheese, butter, oil and friend stuff during mid-day & at dinner.
Shun gym and instead go 1,2,3!
Be regular at 1 hour of 2 exercises of your choice for 3 days in week. Choose anything, be it skipping, swimming, aerobics, zumba etc - just explore new things to prep your up
Check your weight daily
That might sound boring, but keeping an eye on that pointer showing your weight is an easy way to keep a tab on changes in weight in your weight. It also motivates the person to stick on their weight loss regime.
Increase your water intake up to 3 litres, try drinking 2 glasses of water each time you sit down for a meal.
Note: During the 1st month, you'll feel the changes happening within you, that does not mean you'll stop continuing the practice of a healthy lifestyle.
