Bollywood actor Ishaan Khatter on Wednesday announced his next film titled Jugaadu, teaming up with director Palash Vaswani, best known for Gullak. Notably, the upcoming project will be produced by Ramesh Taurani under his banner Tips Films and Baweja Studios.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Ishaan Khatter shared a picture of himself holding a clapboard featuring the film's title Jugaadu. Apart from Khatter, the film also stars Punjabi actor Tania, best known for her film Jannat alongside Ammy Virk.

Sharing the announcement post on social media, Ishaan Khatter wrote, "Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for #JUGAADU - My first in and as! Cooking with an incredible and passionate team to bring you this riot of an entertainer in cinemas soon."
Several celebrities quickly reacted after the post was shared. Homebound co-star Vishal Jethwa commented, "Congratulations, so excited for this one." Zoya Akhtar also wrote, "Congratulations." Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Dulquer Salmaan, Abhishek Banerjee, Farhan Akhtar, Gaurav Gera, Nitanshi Goel, Homebound director Neeraj Ghaywan, Arjun Kapoor reacted to the post with a like.
Jugaadu: Production details
According to the available details, the film is produced by Ramesh Taurani, Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja and Jaya Taurani under Baweja Studios and Tips Films. The cinematography is handled by Rangarajan Ramabadran.
Ishaan Khatter's work front
On the professional front, Ishaan Khatter was last seen in 2025 film Homebound alongside Vishal Jethwa. The film received widespread recognition at prestigious film festivals including Cannes and Toronto film festivals. He made his acting debut with the 2018 film Dhadak, opposite Janhvi Kapoor. He has also appeared in the 2023 film Pippa and projects such as The Royals and A Suitable Boy.
