Los Angeles, July 20: Late actor Cory Monteith recorded a message for a fan just weeks before his death. It is believed to be his last footage.
The "Glee" actor died July 13 in a hotel room in Vancouver.
The video message from the late actor urged the fan to stay out of trouble and remain in school. It was shot while Monteith was on a flight to Japan last month. An air stewardess had asked him to record a clip for her boyfriend's daughter Mallory, reports contactmusic.com.
"Hey Mallory, it's Cory. I wanted to record this video for you guys just to let you know to stay out of trouble and stay in school," he had said in the message.
Monteith died due to an overdose of a mix of alcohol and heroin. He was cremated Thursday.
