New Delhi: Salman Khan who has given a surplus of superhits in Bollywood will have his upcoming years filled with his movies' sequel.
The Dabangg star who has two releases this year in the name of Kabir Khan's ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and Rajshri Productions' ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', is geared up for more of sequels in the coming years.
Sequels in Bollywood have been a successful formula as witnessed in last one decade and if it possesses big stars like Salman Khan then the bar of its success is surely meant to be raised. Here take a look at which are the sequels which will have the ‘Bhai' of Bollywood.
Kick 2- While the teaser of the Ravi Teja starrer ‘Kick 2' has already made a massive buzz down in South Cinema, Salman Khan starrer is being conceptualized here. The movie this time will be penned by the actor himself and director Sajid Nadiadwala while co-write alongside the actor.
‘Kick' that also starred Jacqueline Fernandez in the past was the first flick for Salman to hit the double ton at the box office. With its sequel, the expectations would be higher and new records would also be anticipated.
No Entry Mein Entry- The sequel to ‘No Entry' that happened to one hell of a comedy entertainer a decade back has been delayed citing Salman Khan's busy work schedule. However, recently Salman in an interview to a leading daily confirmed that after wrapping up his two releases this year, he will join producer Boney Kapoor for ‘No Entry Mein Entry'.
Dabangg 3- This is one of the most anticipated flicks of Salman Khan. Chulbul Pandey will be back for the third installment of the flick. While the first part was directed by Abhinav Kashyap, ‘Dabbang 2' was directed by Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan. The third part too will be helmed by Arbaaz though nothing has been worked out on it for now.
Bodygaurd 2- The simplicity of Salman Khan won millions of hearts in ‘Bodyguard' and in its sequel; the actor once again will relive his role of Lovely Singh. Producer and Salman Khan's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri confirmed the news that ‘Bodyguard 2' is in pipeline but will not happen for at least next couple of years.
