New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has landed in trouble again. The latest update on his 2002 hit and run case is that the case trial will restart from December 23, 2013. This time the trial will start with fresh charges.
According to reports, a Mumbai sessions court today heard Salman Khan's plea for a fresh trial in the hit-and-run case. Now the court has ordered that the case will begin afresh and the evidences produced earlier by the will be re-examined.
In the accident, one person was killed and four others were injured when Land Cruiser, allegedly driven by Salman Khan, crushed a group of people sleeping on the pavement outside a bakery in Bandra, Mumbai on September 28, 2002.
