New Delhi: Both Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Singh and sister Riddhima have met and liked Katrina Kaif but even they are clueless of couple's supposed relationship.
As there is an old notion in India, more than the groom his family has to approve the bride. But it seems Ranbir Kapoor might find it a bit tough to get approval for Katrina to be his bride as his family adores her only as his friend.
In a recent interview to a leading daily, Ranbir's sister Ridhima Kapoor Sahni talked about her bond with her younger brother Ranbir Kapoor. Much was asked about Katrina as well to which she replied, "I have met Katrina, and she is a lovely girl."
But when she was quizzed about their alleged affair, she quickly added, "Beyond knowing Katrina as a person, I really have no idea."
This comes out as surprising that Ranbir's sisters have different notion leading up to the actress, as one seems to be clueless about the duo's relationship, the other wasn't hesitant on calling her 'sister-in-law'.
During her appearance on 'Koffee with Karan' alongside brother Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor made it all quite obvious about Ranbir & Katrina's secret relationship.
At one point she even called Katrina Kaif her 'sister-in-law', leaving brother Ranbir all blushing with embarrassment. But when, Riddhima was questioned about Ranbir & Katrina's plans to marry, she quipped, "Not that we are aware of".
Doting sister Riddhima surely did her best to protect her brother's secrecy but like the world outside guess amid Kapoor clan too there is quite a confusion regarding Ranbir-Katrina's equation.
