Mumbai, March 16 : Rowdy Rathore Akshay Kumar has become the highest advance taxpayer in Bollywood for March, 2013 at Rs 18 crore, outclassing the top three Khans. Salman Khan stood second. He paid Rs

Third came Shahrukh Khan, who paid Rs 10.5 crore as advance income tax, followed by Aamir Khan who paid Rs 8 crore.
