Taapsee was also roped in for Anurag Basu's multi-starrer project based on the lines of his previous directorial Life..in a Metro, but unfortunately, she had to walk out of it.

A report in DNA suggests that Taapsee decided to quit the movie as she had to start shooting for Tushar Hiranandani's directorial debut Womaniya and there was no clarity of dates regarding Basu's film. When Taapsee asked Basu about the schedule, Basu failed to give any clear idea, hence, the actress decided to make an exit from the project.
