For years to come, the songs and movies of Sridevi will linger on our mind, reminding us of the legacy she left behind. In the span of 50 years of her film career, Bollywood’s Chandni gave us more than this single lifetime could contain.

The entire industry was there grieving, some on the verge of breakdown. Such was her aura & magic in films. She lay there, beautiful in a red saree, serene in death & totally at peace.”

Continuing her tweet, she wrote, “Arrangements were so well made that the whole atmosphere was tranquil, everything was smooth & executed with finesse - befitting the departed soul. Goodbye dear friend.”
