Actors Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, whose chemistry on silver screen is unbeatable, have been roped in for another movie. The former ex-flames will seen be in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, the sequel of the 2012 movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Interestingly, it was ETT where the former couple was last seen together and this will mark their reunion after 5 years. The production house of the movie Yash Raj Films confirmed this news.
People had appreciated Katrina and Salman’s romance in the 2012 movie. It is only obvious that they will be pinning hopes that they would get to see the same chemistry in the sequel.
However, this sequel will not release on Eid in 2018, as speculated. The highly talked about movie will hit theatres on Christmas 2017.

Ali, who previously directed Salman in ‘Sultan’ took to his Twitter handle to say that he is nervous and excited about the movie.
As of now ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ will be the second movie of Salman releasing in 2017. ‘Tubelight’, directed by Kabir Khan is another movie which will be releasing next year.
A report that Salman Khan will play a character who ages from 17 to 70 in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has been doing rounds of media. This will be the first time that Salman will play the role of an old man on silver screen. It is being suggested that Ali wanted to do something extraordinary with the 50-year old superstar.
It should be noted that Christmas is usually termed as Aamir Khan’s holiday in Bollywood. Most of the movies of Mr. Perfectionist release on Christmas, but Salman has booked it. This also points out that the dynamics of holiday weekends are changing in Bollywood. Aamir’s ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ will hit theatres in Diwali 2018 (a festival during which Shah Rukh Khan releases his movies).
