‘Naagin’ Mouni Roy has an emotional breakdown on sets of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’

New Delhi: Naagin-fame Mouni Roy reportedly had an emotional breakdown on the sets of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’.  The actress is hosting this popular dance reality TV show along with Rithvik Dhanjani.

The reports in media state that Mouni cried her heart out in front of everyone and the situation turned so serious that her co-star Rithvik and judges of the show had to intervene to handle the scenario.

The  actress was moved to tears by one of the contestants present on the show, reports said. Apparently, the actress cried remembering the loss of someone special in her life.

“When a contestant, Roza Rana was asked why this competition was so important to her, she said because of her dad. Roza then went on to share that her dad was her constant support. He left his job for her dream of becoming a dancer. He moved out so that he could take his daughter to dance classes. She then shocked everyone by stating that her dad had a sudden demise leaving everything shattered for her. But as he had made Roza promise that she will never stop dancing, she now wants to make him proud,” a source was quoted as saying to an entertainment portal.

Notably, Mouni had lost her father sometime back and Roza’s heart-wrenching story may have touched a raw nerve with Mouni, leaving her in tears.

Interestingly though, Rithvik and the judges did manage to lighten the situation and bring back smiles to the faces of both Roza and Mouni.
