Mumbai: Director Kabir Khan on Thursday started shooting of his upcoming film "Tubelight" in Ladakh. The film stars Salman Khan in the lead, but the leading lady is yet to be finalized.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan director took to Twitter on Wednesday night to share a photograph of the picturesque view from the location. He also shared that the film's crew comprises of 200 people, who are waiting to begin shooting for the new venture.
"'Tubelight' shoot begins here tomorrow...Ladakh. 200 strong crew all acclimatised and ready to roll," Kabir Khan tweeted.
It is the third time that Kabir and Salman have teamed up for a project. Before ‘Tubelight’, the duo has worked in films like "Ek Tha Tiger" in 2012 and last years National Award winning film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".
For the female lead, Kabir Khan hasn’t made any announcement but the name of Deepika Padukone has been doing the rounds from quite a long time. Let’s see if it works out.
