Luka Chuppi, a romantic-comedy starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, has finally been granted a U/A certificate after asking for three audio and one visual change in the original edit of the film. The film which is to be released on March 1 launched its official trailer in January 2019 which was an instant hit.
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has muted two abusive words and replaced the third one. As per the reports, a visual revision for a particular hand gesture has also been suggested by CBFC. Now, the final runtime of the movie will be 126 minutes 9 second.
Talking about the story of Luka Chuppi, it revolves around a guy who wants to marry a girl; however, the girl wants to live-in first and see if the two are compatible or not. Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film also features Vinay Pathak, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles.
This Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s film will have to battle it out with Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar’s Son Chiriya, which also releases on the same day.
Giving an interesting piece of information to our readers, after Luka Chuppi, Kartik Aaryan will be next seen in "Pati, Patni Aur Woh" alongside Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday. Whereas, Kriti Sanon will be seen in Housefull 4.
