In Karnataka's Bengaluru, a woman was tied to a pole allegedly for not repaying a loan she took. The incident took place on Thursday.
In the video, she can be seen surrounded by men. No one came for rescue.
Police have arrested seven people in connection with the incident.
An investigation was underway.
