Three dead bodies amid rumour of a hidden temple treasure leave Andhra village in panic

Three dead bodies were found in mysterious circumstances in a village in Andhra Pradesh, on Sunday, throwing the locals in a state of panic.

The residents of the Kortikota village in Anantpur district of the state are of the belief that the two women and one man might have been killed in order to appease the satan or acquire a hidden treasure.

The deceased have been identified as Shivarami Reddy (75), Kamlamma (70) and Satyalakshmi (70).

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and an investigation is underway.
