Mayawati said such malpractice by political party candidates during election will not be tolerated.

“We will not tolerate such activities of any of our candidates. We also expect the Election Commission to give strong directives to other political parties to take action against candidates found seeking money in the sting operation”, Mayawati said.

“BSP is a disciplined party and the party leadership was forced to take action against such persons. Our party has already taken action against several leaders, ministers and MLAs found involved in malpractices”, she said.
