Additional Sessions Judge Jadgish Kumar denied the relief to Sushil Kumar against whom a case of murder, abduction and criminal conspiracy has been registered.
Delhi Police requested the court that Sushil Kumar has been absconding shouldn't be given bail and he has links with criminals and musclemen who can intimidate the witnesses, reports India Today.

Wrestler Sagar Rana died on May 5 after sustaining serious injuries in an alleged assault by Sushil Kumar and some other wrestlers at the iconic Chhatrasal stadium on May 4.
A senior police officer said Kumar, the only Indian to win two individual Olympic medals, is yet to join the investigation.
The tournament, to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from May 6-9, will be the last qualifying event before the Tokyo Games.
