OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro set to launch today: expected price, specs and everything you need to know

OnePlus is all set to launch the OnePlus 7 series today. Followed with a lot of leaks and teasers, the phones will be launching today in Bengaluru via a global event that will also see the products getting unveiled in European and American markets at the same time. The launch event will be live-streamed on the company's website from 8 pm IST. Following is what we know so far about the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7.

OnePlus 7 Pro

The OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to be the new flagship device of the company. As far as the specs are concerned, the phone is rumoured to come with a 90Hz Curved AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. The phone will run on Oxygen OS based on Android 9 Pie.

The phone is said to come with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 3X optical zoom camera that will have a wide angle camera and is rumoured to come with a 48 Megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor along with a 16 Megapixel wide-angle camera, along with an 8 Megapixel telephoto camera. The phone will not have the usual front camera but instead will come with a pop-up selfie camera. The phone is also expected to come with a 30W Warp Charge.

The OnePlus 7 Pro price is expected to be around Rs 49,999.

OnePlus 7

The OnePlus 7 is expected to come with a 60Hz Full HD+ display with a waterdrop notch on top along with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and is said to run on Oxygen OS based on Android 9 Pie.

It is expected to come with a dual rear camera setup that is likely to get a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.

The products that could possibly launch during the event are the OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2 and a Car charger with support for Warp Charge 30.
