Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and the new Zenfone Max Pro have officially been announced in Russia. The company has listed both the phones on the Russian website along with the specs and pricing. The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is priced at 17,990 RUB (Rs 19,100 approx.), while the Zenfone Max M2 is priced at 12,990 RUB (Rs 13,800 approx.).
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 specifications
The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes with a 6.3-inch (2280 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 display. The screen gets 94 per cent NTSC Color Gamut, 450 cd/m2 brightness, 1500: 1 contrast ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. Powering the phone is the Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 SoC, based on 14nm Mobile Platform and Adreno 512 GPU, along with 4GB RAM/64GB / 128GB storage that can be expanded to 2TB, via microSD card. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) and comes with Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD).
For optics, the Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes with dual rear setup of a 12 Megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor, rear camera with LED flash that has a f/1.8 aperture, 1.25μm pixel size, PDAF, EIS, PDAF, along with a 5 Megapixel secondary camera sensor. On the front is a 13 Megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash. It comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, NXP Smart Amp along with a Fingerprint sensor placed at the back. It houses a 5000mAh battery and comes with many connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5 and GPS + GLONASS. It will come in Blue and Gray colours.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 specifications
The Asus Zenfone Max M2 sports a 6.3-inch (1520×720 pixels) HD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 processor that works on 14nm Mobile Platform, with Adreno 506 GPU. The phone will come in two variants of 3GB RAM 32GB storage and 4GB RAM 64GB storage that can be expanded to 2TB via microSD card. The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) and gets Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD) support.
In terms of optics, the phone comes with a dual camera set up at the back that includes a 13 Megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, EIS and LED flash, along with a secondary 2 Megapixel camera. Towards the front is the 8 Megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. The phone gets a 3.5mm audio jack, NXP Smart Amp, FM radio and has a fingerprint sensor at the back. It houses a 4000mAh battery and comes with some connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS + GLONASS. The Asus Zenfone Max M2 will come in three colour options of Black, Blue and Gold.
The phones are expected to launch in India on 11th December.
