New Delhi: For the World T20 in Bangladesh from March 16-April 6, the slow bowlers will play a pivotal role in deciding the fortunes of the teams as in this sub continent tracks are slow and turn a bit. India, with R. Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Yuvraj Singh, would look to exploit the conditions.India TV looks at those who can weave the magic.INDIAR. Ashwin: This shorter format of the game made R.Ashwin what he is today. For him IPL proved to be the spring board that eventually brought him International recognition. He has become spin spearhead of India though. He has a lot to prove again in this T20 World Cup as his place in the longer version of the game is under scrutiny.R. Jadeja: Jadeja can easily be described as man Friday of Dhoni as he has the neck of picking up wickets when they are badly needed. This left arm spinner will play a crucial role in stemming the run flow with his bowling.Yuvraj Singh: With his slow left arm spin Yuvraj Singh gives Dhoni an important option in bowling department. He known to be a big performer at the big stage.PAKISTANSaeed Ajmal: Ajmal has been ranked by the International Cricket Council as the number one bowler in ODIs. He is ranked at number two in ICC ranking of bowlers in T20. He helped Pakistan win the 2009 ICC World Twenty20.Mohammad Hafeez: The T20 captain has been ranked as the top all-rounder by the ICC Player Rankings in T20 format. He doesn't flight his off breaks much, but his excellent control over line and length is very useful at almost any stage of an innings.Shahid Afridi: Afridi considers himself a better bowler than batsman. Currently Afridi is third on the list of leading wicket takers in the Twenty20 format, behind Saeed Ajmal and Umer Gul of Pakistan, taking 73 wickets from 70 matches.SRI LANKAAjantha Mendis: Asia Cup proved what this mystry bowler can do on this subcontinenet. Though his omission in the final against Pakistan came as big surprise but still he enjoys the confidence of his captain Angelo Mathews as there would be lot more games in T20 World Cup.Sachithra Senanayake: He played a very vital role in ensuring Sri Lanka remains unbeaten in Asia Cup. He forms a deadly combination with Mendis for any team in this condition.Rangana Herath: Sri Lanka will need the service of left arm spinner Herath as he brings with a lot of experience. Akhila Dananjaya: This 19 years old is another installment of Sri Lanka's long line of unorthodox spinners. He is said to have seven variations, including the leg-break, googly, carrom ball, doosra.WEST INDIESSunil Narine: What he can do in this format of the game, can be gauged from the fact he is the first player in IPL 2013 to take a hat-trick on 16 April 2013 playing for Kolkata Knight Riders against Kings XI Punjab. Many spinners are are copying his style of bowling including our Ashwin. West Indies expect a lot from this bowler.Samuel Badree: In recent years, he has been highly effective in the Twenty20 version of the game, in which he holds the record for the best career economy rate in the world.Marlon Samuel: He is a handy bowler for his team as his slow off spin can curb the run flow.ENGLANDJames Tredwell: With the abrupt retirement of Graeme Swann during Ashes in Australia, the English spin attack would be led by Tredwell who was very impressive in last year's ODI series in India.Stephen Parry : Tredwell will be assisted by left arm spinner Parry though both are relatively inexperienced but the condition should encourage them.Moeen Ali: All-rounder Moeen Ali comes in as a third spin option for skipper Stuart Broad who would hope the spin trio would spring a surprise.AUSTRALIA43 years old Brad Hogg has been in the top form in the big bash league with his wrist spin. Australia have also picked James Muirhead, who has also impressed in T20, creating a two pronged spin attack.SOUTH AFRICAThe proteas will be weak on spin. With two relatively unfencied spin bowlers, the load will be on the pace bowlers. Leg spinner Imran Tahir and left arm spinner Aaron Phangiso will be used with J.P. Duminy's part time off breaks.NEW ZEALANDWith Daniel Vettori's decline its a weak area for Kiwis. Left arm spinner Ronnie Hira and Anton Devcich return to the squad. In Bangladesh the pair will be expected to play around the pace bowlers.BANGLADESHLeft arm bowlers Abdur Razzak and Shakib Al Hassan will lead the spin attack. They will be Assisted by Sohag Gazi, the rare off break bowler fo Bangladesh.
