Efforts for third front would fail: BJP

Describing Congress as an astute master of bringing disparate political forces at one platform, he said it had successfully forced SP and BSP to support the UPA government for a decade.

In Bihar too, Congress was trying to carrying out similar experiment by bringing together the RJD-LJP alliance and JD(U), the senior BJP leader said.

The Congress, he said, would throw out all possible dices ahead of the LS elections to scuttle Modi's stride for power and the third front concept was part of such a sinister design.

Pradhan alleged that by propping up the third front concept, Congress and other regional parties were trying to confuse the electorate but expressed confidence that the electorate will not buy such an idea.
