Bowlers with 100 wickets in all three cricket formats, Jasprit Bumrah joins elite list
Jasprit Bumrah joined an elite list of players when he completed 100 wickets in T20I cricket. He has become just the fifth bowler to have taken 100 wickets in all three formats of the game.
Indian fast-bowling sensation Jasprit Bumrah etched his name into the history books as he completed 100 wickets in T20Is during the first T20I between India and South Africa. Bumrah became the second Indian bowler to get to 100 T20I wickets and became the first Indian to complete 100 wickets in all three formats. Bumrah is the fifth bowler to complete 100 wickets in all formats. Bumrah has 234 wickets in Tests, 149 in ODIs and 101 in T20Is.

Tim Southee is one of the five bowlers with 100 wickets in all three formats of cricket. The New Zealand icon took 391 wickets in 107 Tests, 221 in 161 ODIs and 164 in 126 T20Is. Southee has retired from Tests in December 2024, but remains available in the white-ball format.

Sri Lanka legend Lasith Malinga is another bowler to have a century of wickets in all three formats. Malinga took 101 wickets in 30 Tests, 338 in 228 in 226 ODIs and 107 wickets in 84 T20Is. Malinga retired from all forms of cricket in September 2021.

Pakistan star Shaheen Shah Afridi also features on the list. Shaheen completed 100 T20I wickets last year in December to get to 100 wickets in all three formats. Shaheen has 121 wickets in 33 Tests, 135 in 71 ODIs and 126 wickets in 96 T20Is.

Bangladesh icon Shakib Al Hasan is another player to have picked 100 wickets in all three formats of the game. Shakib got to his 100th T20I wicket in 2021, having already taken over 100 in the other two formats previously. Shakib has taken 246 wickets in 71 Tests, 317 in 247 ODIs and 149 in 129 T20Is.
