Harare, Zimbabwe The commercial capital of Zimbabwe, Harare's condition is getting worse day by day. It has been ranked as one of the worst cities of the world. Power and water outages occur daily in the city. Threat of civil unrest and the availability of public health care and public transport in Harare are intolerable. Energy and water supplies were undesirable, it said, calling phones and Internet services uncomfortable. The political and economic conditions of the city are worse.2. Lagos, Nigeria The main city of Africa, it is one of the worst cities to live in. Boko Haram, the Islamic militant organization is the main reason for its worst city tag. Many areas in Abidjan are popular hubs from tourists from around the world but since the 1999s the general economic crisis in the Ivory Coast has led to a situation of social unrest.
