6. Processing costs must be paid by the employer
All visa processing costs are required to be paid by the employer to the USCIS. It's the law. Some employers try to obtain monies from the H1B applicant, however, if found out the employer can get debarred and the applicants visa can be revoked.
7. The application must be prepared & filed correctly
It's essential that the final visa application and supporting documents are prepared and filed 100% correctly by the employer company, to avoid delays or rejection, and to ensure successful approval and issuance.
