7 killed in twin blasts in Karachi
Karachi: At least seven people, including a journalist, were killed and 20 others injured yesterday in two successive explosions in Pakistan's financial capital Karachi. The blasts took place in Ancholi, located in Federal ‘B' Area
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has strongly condemned the blasts, terming them as cowardly act. Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has also condemned the blasts.
MQM's Haider Abbas Rizvi has said that a day of mourning will be observed today.
The Majlis-e-Wahdatul Muslimeen has called for three days of mourning.
Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad Khan has sought a report on the incident from the Inspector General of Sindh Police.
