Kochi, Nov 12: Uttarakhand Governor Margaret Alva was admitted to a private hospital here today following complaint of discomfort and sweating, according to a medical bulletin.
She was found to be having low blood pressure and minor changes in the ECG.
Alva is under observation at the cardiac ICU, a bulletin issued by Medical Trust Hospital Director P V Louis said.
Alva's blood parameters are normal and her condition was stable and she was being closely monitored by a team of doctors, the bulletin said. She has come here to attend some functions.
