A FIR has also been lodged against the owner of the building and the contractor, Mann said, adding an inquiry has been ordered and the Additional Commissioner (Engineering) has to submit a report within next seven days.

The Delhi Government, meanwhile, announced compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for those killed, Rs 50,000 for seriously injured and Rs 10,000 for those wil minor injuries.
