Patna, Apr 14: Akhilesh Kumar Singh, a senior deputy collector in Bihar's revenue department was sent to 14 days judicial custody by a local court on Saturday on charge of raping his daughter.
Manu Maharaj, SSP Patna, said, the man's wife saw her husband in bed with her daughter on Friday, and went to S.K.Puri police station, from where they were sent to mahila thana, where a case was registered.
Police have found the allegation of mother and daughter to be true after medical report, says SSP, but Akhilesh Kumar Singh has alleged both his wife and daughter were mentally unstable.
Singh has been sent to Patna's Beur cental jail.
