Mumbai, Jul 4: Several suburban areas of Mumbai faced problems of waterlogging due to intermittent rains throughout Tuesday night.
Dadar Hindmata, Parel, Andhreri, Mahim, Matunga, Ghatkopar, Sion, were the areas badly affected by waterlogging.
BMC staff used waterpump to pump out water on the roads in Dadar Hindmata locality.
On Mahim S V Road, vehicles were passing through knee deep water.
BMC officials had claimed during the summer that the city's water drainage system has been revamped, but the claims appears to have fallen flat.
