“The students were thrilled when the Prime Minister mentioned the names of cricketer Parvez Rasool, and recent UPSC topper and IAS officer Shah Faisal,” the statement said, adding Modi said he looked forward to meeting these youth icons from Jammu and Kashmir soon.

In a reply to a question from a student, Modi said Jammu and Kashmir had a lot of potential in sectors such as tourism and horticulture.
