3. 700 litres free water daily :
Kejriwal had announced that those domestic consumers of Delhi Jal Board who had working water meters, would get 20,000 litres of water free every month.
Status: The scheme was launched with fanfare from January 1, but the benefits will accrue only till March 31. From April onwards, consumers will have to pay at 10 per cent hiked rates.
