New Delhi, Mar 29: Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal today described BJP-ruled Municipal Corporation of Delhi as “maha chor department”.
He was addressing a gathering in his Chandni Chowk parliamentary constituency.
Sibal described Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit as Delhi's Sachin Tendulkar. “I am sure Sheila Dikshit will lead Congress to another victory in Delhi in November (when assembly polls are scheduled),”
Sheila Dikshit has been in power in Delhi since 1998.
Kapil Sibal said: “I can say with confidence that we have got a very good chief minister in Sheilaji. We are lucky.”
Sibal claimed that primary education in Delhi was the best. “Congress rule has changed the face of Delhi”, he added.
