The gangrape brought out huge protests in the heart of the capital as people vociferously demanded safety of women. As a result , new anti rape bill was proposed by the government, and passed in Parliament after much debat, but all these efforts seem to be in vain as now a five year old Delhi girl has been similarly assaulted in a brutish manner.
