    Madhya Pradesh: Mahatma Gandhi idol found damaged in school premises in Mandsaur

    The idol of Mahatma Gandhi was found damaged in the premises of a school in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh on Thursday.

    "No one was seen crossing the school boundary and watchman was on duty till 8 pm. Earlier, an incident was reported where monkeys broke the arm of the idol and it was repaired," said Mandsaur SP Siddharth Choudhary.

    There is a possibility that it was done by monkeys. A case has been registered. We are investigating different aspects.
