Mumbai: A six-hour-old female infant was found on the roadside in Pasthal near Boisar on the outskirts of Mumbai today by a doctor travelling in a rickshaw.
The newborn baby was shivering from cold, as Dr Jagdish took the baby to a care hospital, where it is presently out of danger.
The doctor was travelling was travelling on Boisar-Tarapur road, when he noticed the child on the roadside. Tarapur police station is investigating the case.
