22-year-old raped by railway employee in Kota
Kota (Raj): A 22-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a railway employee, who befriended her on a social networking site, at a hotel room here, police said. The victim, a student of B.Com final year,
The police arrested the hotel manager for allowing the accused to stay in the hotel without proper documentation and proof of identity.
According to police, the accused made a fake profile under the name Ravindra on social networking site Facebook about three months ago and befriended the victim and started having telephonic conversation.
The accused had asked the victim to come to a hotel in the city for a meeting on Wednesday afternoon.
When the girl reached the hotel, the accused took her inside a room and raped her, the police official said.
The accused had also recorded a video clip of the rape, the police official said.
