Who doesn't love snacking? We like to munch something in between meals to keep ourselves energized. Snacking has become an integral part of the daily diet in today's fast-paced world and lifestyle. But most snacks consumed today are prepackaged and processed foods that only add calories but very little of anything else hence it is important to provide healthy yet tasty alternatives.

Here's a list of healthy snacks and reasons why you should go for them:
