Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 2 left us hanging at the verge of the biggest war in History- between the living and the dead. In the last episode, Bran Stark reveals some interesting details about the Night King, that he is coming for him as he wants the ‘endless night’. Bran spills out some most disturbing details about what the motives behind Night King’s arrival and it looks like Bran is at the center of it. Bran in episode two of the most popular TV series revealed that the Night King wanted an “endless night,” and that he wanted to erase the world and the Three-Eyed Raven served as its memory. Sam quickly realized what Bran was talking about and he breaks it down for others saying, “That’s what death is, isn’t it? Forgetting. Being forgotten. If we forget where we’ve been and what we’ve done, we’re not men anymore. Just animals. Your memories don’t come from the books. Your stories aren’t just stories. If I wanted to erase the world of men, I’d start with you.”
Now, the makers of Game of Thrones have released the sneak peek into episode 3 which starts with Sansa saying, “The most heroic thing we can do now is to look the truth in the face.” After this Jon Snow announces, “The Night King is coming,” It appears that as the Night king approaches, Jon Snow and Daenerys decide to leave their confusion about his true identity and focus as the ‘dead are already here’. As their army gear up to fight the dead, the fear is quite visible on every face. The 42 second video released by HBO clearly claims that it is not going to be an easy war. Watch the video here-
