London: Reality show star Kelly Osbourne did not accept the peace initiative taken by singer Lady Gaga.
Gaga clicked a picture with Kelly's mother Sharon Osbourne while on the sets of singing show "The X Factor" with a cake in her hand that said "Happy Birthday Kelly".
