HBO introduces fans with first pictures of Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen & others
While fans can’t stop for April to just come tomorrow so that they can start watching the final season of popular TV drama Game of Thrones, the makers are making it even more difficult for them to wait by releasing a sneak peek into the Season 8. HBO has released first pictures from the last season of Game Of Thrones and it has everyone from Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) to Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham). However, the photographs don’t reveal much about the story or the plot about various characters, they definitely leave the fans excited.
What has raised the curiosity of the fans the most is that one picture in which Jon Snow and Daenerys are together and share a loving glance. In another picture, one can see Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) most probably wondering where in the north. Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage), in one of the pictures, is standing on what appears to be the Winterfell balcony.

Talking about the final season co-executive producer Bryan Cogman said that it “is about all of these disparate characters coming together to face a common enemy, dealing with their own past, and defining the person they want to be in the face of certain death. It’s an incredibly emotional haunting bittersweet final season and I think it honours very much what (author George RR Martin) set out to do — which is flipping this kind of story on its head.” The season will contain six episodes.
