New Delhi: Every time an actor is entered the B-town he often dreams to become as popular as superstar Shah Rukh Khan someday. In fact at times, several young actors are compared to King Khan as well.
While some take it in an utmost positive manner, there are some who prefers they are too young to be compared to SRK.
However, when it comes to Sushant Singh Rajput, he has an entirely different take.
Sushant, a popular TV actor, shifted from small screen to the silver screen in 2013 and got success with his first movie ‘Kai Po Che'.
However, his shift is still compared with Shah Rukh Khan who too had shift from TV industry to the big screen.
While talking to a leading daily, Sushant revealed that people around him often used to compare his transition from TV to films and remind him that it was impossible to repeat history.
“Shah Rukh Khan had made a successful transition from TV to films and yes, it did play on my mind! When I started out, even if I used to forget about it, everyone around me would remind me that it was impossible to repeat history,” he stated.
But the actor feels, that with passion, belief and hard work nothing actually is impossible. “I think that if you can somehow cultivate absolute certainty [about what you want to do], then you are on a good wicket. If your job is your passion, and you have unshakable belief in your skills, then hard work and luck will take care of everything,” Sushant was quoted saying.
Currently, Sushant Singh Rajpur is busy shooting for his forthcoming movie, ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story' which is a biopic based on the life of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Helmed by Neeraj Pandey, the movie will be hitting the theatres on September 2, 2016.
