New Delhi: Salman Khan's ‘Kick' was unleashed at box office in weekdays and just within a week the flick has flocked Rs 164.09 cr nett in India.

Post Eid festival, Kick managed outstanding footfalls in theatres on Wednesday collecting Rs 21.66 cr but declined sharply on Thursday making Rs 15.4 cr in India.

“Kick is simply UNSTOPPABLE. Collects Rs 15.4 cr on Day 7, taking its Week 1 total to Rs 164.09 cr nett. BLOCKBUSTER!”, tweets trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh.

Not major but still, Kick, which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has managed few records in its name. With its domestic collection Kick has overtook the lifetime collection of Salman's very own earlier blockbusters namely Dabangg and Bodyguard.

“Kick overtakes lifetime biz of #Dabangg2 and #Bodyguard in Week 1 itself. Now SECOND HIGHEST GROSSER of Salman”, confirms Adarsh

Kick has enjoyed the third biggest opening weekend after Dhoom 3 (Rs 188.98 cr) and Krissh 3 (Rs166.6 cr).

This week there are no Bollywood flicks to compete with Kick, however, Hollywood's ‘Hercules', starring Dwayne Johnson ‘The Rock', has hit the screens today alongside other foreign flicks but that won't perturb this Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial.

This will allow Kick to fetch good profit at box office until Akhsay Kumar's comedy drama ‘Entertainment' releases next week.  And who knows the Rs 200 cr club might be easily achieved by that time.
